Job Title: Office Manager

Position Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently, and providing vital support to our catering and event planning teams. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, including phones, emails, correspondence, and supply inventory.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff.
• Maintain event calendars, scheduling, and coordination with the catering team.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting and payroll support.
• Coordinate contracts, proposals, and client documentation.
• Assist with HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and scheduling staff shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Support the leadership team with reports, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Organize company files, databases, and digital systems for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role (experience in hospitality, catering, or events industry a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and other relevant software (event management software a plus).
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and HR processes preferred.
